Why seek therapy ?
There are many reasons why someone might seek counselling; emotional difficulties and fluctuating mental health affects us all. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and sometimes lost.
Persistent difficult thoughts and feelings can often get in the way of achieving what matters most or living life the way we would like. Therapy can help by providing a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development. A space to reconnect with our personal values and recognise what might be causing our difficulties.

Young Persons Counselling

    £45 Per Session

One on One, Face to Face appointments that last up to 50 minutes.
Few of us are able to work well when we are stressed or unhappy and the same is true of young people. Young people find counselling useful in the same way adults do, if they are able to receive emotional support from a qualified professional, they will have greater opportunity to resolve emotional difficulties and challenge mental health issues in the future allowing them to fulfil their potential.
There are many reasons why people might seek counselling, it doesn't mean anyone has failed or are powerless after all you would go to A&E if you broke a bone. Persistent difficult thoughts and feelings can often get in the way of achieving what matters most or living life the way we would like. Online Counselling

 £45 Per Session

One on One, Online appointments that last up to 50 minutes.
Online Counselling has several benefits, the convenience to have appointments without factoring in travel time being the main benefit, being able to have therapy from the comfort from your own home or place of your choice being another and you will still receive the same level of service as a face to face appointment. At its core therapy is about providing a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development, a space to reconnect with our personal values and recognise what might be causing our difficulties.
There are some practical things to consider when opting for Online Counselling:
Do you have reliable internet and the technology to access the online sessions?
Do you have a safe space you can be while engaging in therapy, somewhere you wont be interrupted or over heard?
If you answered yes then Online Counselling might be for you, there are still some situations where online therapy isn't appropriate and if this is the case I will offer face to face sessions as an alternative.
